How the billing model works

A decision is counted when you open an issue for discussion.
Drafts are always free. Create issues, configure participants, draft motions, and upload exhibits at no cost. You only use a decision when you open the issue.

Participants are not seats.
Invite external stakeholders (board advisors, committee members, property owners) to any issue. They access only the issues they are invited to. They never count toward your member limit. Every plan supports participants.

Overage means you are never locked out.
On Starter, additional decisions are billed at $2 each. On Professional, $1 each. Both plans bill automatically on your next invoice. No interruptions, no blocked decisions. The Free plan has a hard cap of 5 decisions per month. Upgrade when you need more.

On Starter and Professional plans, you can pre-purchase decision packs at a lower per-decision rate than overage. On Starter, packs start at $1.50/decision vs $2 overage. On Professional,$0.80/decision vs $1 overage. Pack credits are used before overage kicks in, carry over across billing periods, and expire 12 months after purchase, with a 60-day reminder before expiry.
