Governance at the speed of business.
Decisio automates the full governance process: motions, voting, quorum, and resolutions. Your board spends its time on decisions, not documentation.
Free plan available. No credit card required.
The board approves the FY2026 operating budget of $2.4M as presented by the CFO, effective 1 July 2026. Carried by supermajority — 5 Aye, 1 Nay, 1 Abstain. Quorum of 5 of 7 directors satisfied.
Governance admin slows every organisation down
“We're still writing up last month's resolutions.”
Resolutions drafted from memory days after the meeting are approximations, not records. By the time they are circulated and approved, the details have already been negotiated.
“Can someone recount? I'm not sure we had quorum.”
Manual vote tallies create disputed outcomes. Without an automated count against a defined threshold, someone will always question whether quorum was met or the majority properly counted.
“Did everyone reply to that circular resolution email?”
A resolution passed by email reply means days of chasing members, reconciling timestamps, and hoping nobody missed the thread. The decision sits in an inbox, not on a record.
“Writing the minutes takes longer than the meeting.”
Every hour spent governing generates hours of administration: writing minutes, formatting resolutions, filing documents. That overhead is what governance automation eliminates.
From motion to resolution, automatically.
Raise an issue, propose a motion, vote, and the resolution is recorded automatically. No minutes to write. No records to chase.
Raise an issue
Frame the decision that needs to be made. Attach exhibits (documents, links, evidence) so every participant starts with the same information.
Propose a motion
Put a specific proposal on the table. If your governance rules require it, a second must support the motion before it proceeds.
Vote with quorum
Participants submit their vote and written justification independently. Quorum and threshold are enforced automatically: a motion cannot pass without the required participation and support.
Record the resolution
The outcome is captured as an immutable resolution. Who voted, how they voted, what was decided, and when. Permanently on the record.
Everything automated, from first motion to final record.
The features that replace the manual work of governance.
Voting with no procedural ambiguity
Every motion has a mechanism: vote, consensus, or chair decides. Set the threshold (majority, supermajority, or unanimous) and the quorum (by count or by percentage). Decisio enforces both before a motion can pass. No manual tallying, no disputed outcomes.
Immutable resolutions
Once a resolution is recorded, it cannot be edited, deleted, or backdated. If circumstances change, you supersede it, creating a new resolution linked to the original. The full decision history is always preserved. The audit trail is complete.

Independent votes. Every voice on the record.
Votes are hidden until you submit your own, preventing groupthink while maintaining full accountability. Every submission includes a justification field, so the reasoning behind each vote is on the record, not just the outcome.

The record writes itself.
Every automated step produces a permanent, attributed record. The audit trail is a byproduct of the process, not extra work.
Immutable by architecture
The record cannot be edited by anyone, including administrators. Not a policy: a constraint. If circumstances change, you supersede it. Both records remain.
Full attribution, no gaps
Every vote, motion, and status change is attributed to a named person with a timestamp. No entry without a traceable actor. No gaps an auditor can question.
Quorum enforced at the platform level
A motion cannot pass without the configured quorum and threshold. No manual checks, no room for a member to claim the vote was invalid.
Conflict of interest on the record
Members formally recuse themselves from specific votes. The recusal is documented in the resolution, not remembered by the secretary.
Evidence attached to the decision
Supporting documents, links, and notes are part of the permanent record. The context for a decision travels with it, not buried in email threads.
